Gift Cards/Vouchers Terms of Use

  • Gift cards/vouchers are not interchangeable, please double check which you require before purchasing.
  • All gift cards/vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and are non-refundable.
  • Physical gift vouchers can be shipped as with normal orders to any address, but can only be used as part payment in our store in Stow-on-the-Wold. No change will be given when using a voucher.
  • Online gift cards will be issued as soon as checkout is completed, this will arrive as an email so please check your Spam folder if you haven't received anything. This can be printed and given as a gift.
  • Gift Cards & Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost vouchers will not be refunded
